One of the core management objectives at Profile Plastics is to continuously improve the processes and quality of our services. The ISO 9001:2015 certification is a quality management systems standard that was developed by the International Organization for Standardization (ISO), which is an independent, non-governmental international organization with a membership of 162 national standard bodies. The ISO 9001:2015 standard is utilized to certify quality management systems that focus on: Continuous Improvement; Customer Satisfaction; Customer Service and Support; and Active involvement of management and employees in a process-based approach.

The ISO 9001:2015 compliance demonstrates that Profile Plastics has the policies, processes and procedures in place to better meet Quality Management and Customer requirements.

To become ISO 9001:2015 certified, Profile Plastics underwent an extensive review of the processes that establish our procedures documentation and quality manual. This audit was carried out by Eagle Registrations, Inc., an accredited certification body that provides first, second and third party auditing services that are objective and value-added; being held to the highest standards and practices to establish a commitment to quality within the marketplace.
