Our Thermoforming Process Overview Transcript
Our heavy gauge thermoforming processes, the heating of extruded thermoplastic sheets. Once heated, we apply a vacuum or pressure to form the sheet over designed mold. Thermo plastic sheets can be manufactured to suit a wide variety of product, specification, and requirements, such as flame retarded, UV resistance, low temperature impact, and heat distortion.
