PPAP's and Quality Validation
Profile Plastics engineers work directly with our quality personnel to provide PPAP's (Production Part Approval Process) at the required level. Our fully equipped quality lab, which includes our computer Coordinate Measuring Machine (CCM) and Faro Arm, provides the latest technology to ensure accurate results.
Our engineering department uses the latest software and technology to determine material distribution, tool design and process efficiency in forming and trimming. The result is a quality part with the lowest cost to manufacture. SolidWorks is our core design software, but we accept and can work with all part file formats. Files can be transferred to us via our easily accessible FTP site.
